Meet Ms. Phoebe!  Phoebe is healing and has almost recuperated from an injury possibly sustained from being hit by a car.  She is a 3 year old Chihuahua mix and is the perfect size at 13 lbs, and loves to walk around her foster mom’s backyard and explore.  Phoebe is a sweet,delightful, love bug, playful but not hyper, loves to cuddle right next to you or in your lap. Quiet most of the time. Gets along well with most dogs and cats. She is also fine with respectful kids, but would probably do best with kids over 8. 
She is crate trained and catching on fast to potty training.
